Terms of Service
The Italian version of these terms prevails in case of any discrepancy.
1. Who we are, and what we are not
Rosanero is an app made by Vincenzo Stira for Palermo F.C. supporters.
It is unofficial: it is not affiliated with, sponsored by, endorsed by or otherwise connected to Palermo F.C., or to any league, federation or other holder of sporting rights. We do not use the club’s name as a brand, nor its crest, logo or visual identity; the team’s name appears only descriptively, to identify the matches and results the app is about. All trademarks mentioned belong to their respective owners.
2. Acceptance
By using the app you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, do not use it. By creating an account, or by continuing from the sign-in screen, you confirm you have read them together with the Privacy Policy.
3. Who may use the app
You must be at least 14 years old. The app is aimed at an Italian audience but is usable anywhere; complying with the laws of the place you are in is your responsibility.
4. Your account
Most of the app is browsable without an account. If you create one:
- give truthful information and keep your email address up to date;
- you are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for what happens through your account;
- you may sign in with Apple, with Google or with email and password, and link more than one identity to the same account;
- you may delete your account at any time from inside the app, under More → Delete Account. Deletion is permanent.
We may suspend or close an account that breaches these terms, or that is used to abuse the service or for unlawful purposes, giving notice where reasonably possible.
5. Acceptable use
You may not: interfere with the service or attempt to access it without authorisation; automate requests in a way that overloads it; decompile or modify the app except as the law allows; systematically extract its content for redistribution; or use it for unlawful purposes or to harass others.
6. Content
Sporting data (fixtures, results, squad) is news information gathered from public sources. We provide it for information only: it may contain errors, delays or omissions, and it is not an official source. Do not rely on the app for decisions that need authoritative data — betting, buying tickets or travelling, for example.
The code, the original artwork, the text and the name “Rosanero” as used in the app belong to Vincenzo Stira. We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable licence to use the app under these terms.
If you believe content in the app infringes a right of yours, write to support@rosanero.app: we will look into it and remove it where appropriate.
7. Availability
The app is provided “as is”. We do not guarantee that it will always be available, error-free or compatible with every device, and we may change, suspend or discontinue features — or the service as a whole — including without notice, informing you where possible. Some features depend on third-party services (Apple, Google, the hosting provider) and may be affected by them.
8. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the app, nor for the inaccuracy of sporting data.
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits our liability for wilful misconduct or gross negligence, for personal injury, or your mandatory rights as a consumer under the Italian Consumer Code (Legislative Decree 206/2005) and other applicable law.
9. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. The date at the top identifies the current version; if changes are substantial we will tell you in the app. Continuing to use the app after an update means you accept it.
10. Governing law and jurisdiction
These terms are governed by Italian law. If you are a consumer, the courts of the place where you live or are domiciled remain competent, and the more favourable rules of your EU country of residence continue to apply. Otherwise, the courts of Palermo have jurisdiction.
