Account deletion
Deletion is final and you can do it yourself, inside the app. Here is how.
From the app
- Open your profile. From the bottom bar, tap Profile.
- Go to the account settings. [In-app path to be confirmed, e.g. Settings → Account]
- Tap “Delete account” and confirm. We ask you to confirm. After that, there is no going back.
Already uninstalled the app or unable to sign in? Use the manual request below.
What gets deleted
- The account and sign-in data (Sign in with Apple or Google)
- Profile, level, XP, collectibles and predictions
- Group memberships and preferences
- [Any exceptions required by law, to be confirmed]
Timing: data is removed within [n] days of the request.
Manual request by email
Write to support@rosanero.app with the subject Account deletion from the email address linked to the account. We will confirm once the deletion is done.
